Processing and Shipping:

Shipping and tax are charged at check-out and we only ship to the Continental United States. 

Shipping is based on the dollar amount of the order.

$1.00-$36.00 = $7.95

$36.01-$99.00 = $15.50

$99.01-up = Free shipping

For most shipments we use USPS flat-rate boxes. Depending on the size of the order, we might use Fedex or UPS ground.

Orders will typically be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. 

Returns

Please inspect the contents of your package as soon as your order arrives.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you can return your item(s) and we will credit your account. With the exception of "AS IS" and " End of Bolt Sale" fabrics which are non-returnable and non-refundable..

NOTE: We do not refund shipping cost or pay for shipping the items to be returned unless there was a mistake on our end. 

Approval must be obtained before returning a shipment. Please call 574.267.8631 for approval. All items need to be sent back within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days we will be unable to process your return. Please include your invoice when returning product.
