All repairs are performed right here in our Warsaw shop by our own technicians. We do not send machines off to a depot or an outside service center. That approach gives you faster turnaround, full transparency about who worked on your machine, and direct accountability if any questions come up after the repair. This applies to both sewing machines and vacuum cleaners, including brands we carry as well as widely used models like Shark and Dyson.

Which brands do you carry and provide authorized warranty service for?

We are an authorized dealer and warranty service station for Janome, Elna, Miele, Riccar, SEBO, and Simplicity. That means we can perform covered warranty repairs with full manufacturer backing, keeping your warranty intact. We also sell and service these brands beyond the warranty period and stock parts, bags, filters, and accessories for each of them. If you purchased one of these machines elsewhere, we can still provide authorized service for it.

Do you service vacuums from brands like Shark or Dyson even though you do not sell them?

Yes. We service Shark, Dyson, and other common household vacuum brands in addition to the premium lines we carry. Many customers come to us after their big-box vacuum stops performing, and we diagnose and repair those machines in-house rather than simply recommending a replacement.
